The Legacy BeSafe Portal Has Retired — Meet the New BeSafe
The legacy BeSafe Portal is officially retired. Every organization, site, and user account has moved to the new BeSafe platform at app.besafe.net — rebuilt from the ground up to be faster, more secure, and easier to use during the moments that matter most.
If you are arriving here from a bookmarked link to the old portal, you are in the right place. If you had a user account on the old portal, that account is no longer accessible, and you will need to create a new account. When you have created your new account, you will need to contact your organization’s BeSafe administrator so that your access can be configured.
Remember to update any bookmarks from portal.besafe.net to app.besafe.net.

Why we rebuilt BeSafe
The original BeSafe Portal served our community well for years, but the infrastructure underneath it wasn’t built for where safety technology is headed. Over the past year, our team rebuilt the platform from the ground up — same mission, faster software.
The migration is now complete. Every existing customer, organization, and site has been transitioned by our Support Team, so there is nothing you need to export, re-enter, or reconfigure. Every core capability from the legacy portal carried over, alongside new tools for planning and response.
